When lactic acid builds in the muscles, you begin to feeling a burning sensation. We are looking for that in today’s workout. Adjust the times and sets as needed — feel the burn! Perform each exercise back-to-back with little to no rest.

Movement 1

Plank (45+ seconds)

Movement 2

Mountain Climbers (30 seconds after beginning to burn)

Movement 3

Wall Sit (Without the Wall) (45+ seconds)

Movement 4

15 Half Squats (Upper, then Lower)

Movement 5

Bicycle Maneuver (45+ seconds after it starts burning)
