Maintenance – Beta Test
This is a closed beta test for registered Pickeral Fitness beta testers. This program focuses on maintaining functional fitness in the client and is most useful as a supplement to an established workout rĂ©gimen, though can be used for a main program while time is an issue. Each workout should take 10 – 15 minutes to complete and may be broken up.
Beta Test – Week 1
The focus of the first week is to activate the larger muscle groups that will be needed for success in the next three weeks of the beta test. We will start with a push/pull split with a focus on core strength and posture. Cardio is suggested before and after as time permits. For a longer workout, feel free to do up to three sets of each workout.

Week two begins to gradually increase the intensity of the exercises while introducing a greater element of cardio in the exercises themselves.

The third week of the beta test adds a new element — dynamic resistance, which we will use with several basic exercises.
